Personal Assistant to CEO

Reporting directly to the CEO, the position of Personal Assistant to CEO, consists of providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and schedule meetings.

 Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties or tasks messages;
  • Organize meetings including set-up, agenda and logistics, and take meeting minutes;
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare pepper for consideration and presentation by executive, committee and board of directors;
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports;

  • Should have the ability to explain complex subjects in a simple, easy-to-understand manner to non-technical people.

  • Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
  • Learning new tools and techniques as companies release updates. He/she should also apply any new techniques to current websites to improve the UX. 
  • Backing up files from websites to local directories for recovery.
  • Facilitating the collection of users feedback through surveys and other means.
